Terms and conditions
These terms apply to assignments carried out by RYTEQ Group AB through RYTEQ Design, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quote and scope
Every assignment starts from a written quote describing scope, price and delivery. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT. Invoicing is normally partly at project start and the remainder on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Client participation
The client is responsible for providing material, content and feedback. Delivery time depends on how quickly this is available.
Ownership and rights
Our basic principle is that the client stays in control of the domain, the content and other important digital assets. We don't create unnecessary technical lock-in.
Care plans
Care plans are optional and don't mean unlimited changes. The scope is set by the chosen plan, and unused time doesn't roll over between months.
